- Linear STDP Model - A demonstration of the linear STDP model. Based on the Assumption that spike timings are all that matters, and that we can ignore the molecular and cellular substrates.
- CaDP Model - A demonstration of the CaDP model as in Shouval et. al. (2002). A simple mechanistic model which assumes that the underlying biophysics cannot be ignored.
